2. Shipping methods & Delivery Timelines

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on your location, courier service availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Standard courier charges – 250 Rupees

  • Free Shipping – On combined orders above Rupees 999

3. Serviceable Locations

  • We ship across all major cities and towns in India.

  • Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may experience delays or require alternate arrangements.

5. Delays & Exceptions

  • We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier disruptions.

  • If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, we’ll proactively notify you and offer alternatives where possible.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • For lost shipments, we’ll initiate an investigation with the courier and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.
